I visited the place to collect my money 03 time but every time they disappointed me. 1st & 02 time when I went there they said that there is some issue in their system, when i asked him (Mr. Lakhvinder) that how much time i have to wait for, he rudely replied that he dont know and after that i return back home empty hand. Now today 24 May 2016 when i reached there at 10:20 am and asked him for the cash he said that they dont have cash so again i have to wait for miminum 01 hour and by the time there person will go to the bank and take out cash after that they can give me the amount. its very disappointing. When i asked Mr. Lakhvinder that when the opening time is 09 am then its 10:20, then why the cash isnt available. He rudely replied that its our way of working, so dnt try to teach us. I asked him to give me the statement in written that \its your way of working\ then he start shouting at me. If this is the way of the employees of UAE Exchange to behave with the customers. Its a very bad experience for me. i request to all the people please go to other place instead of UAE Exchange Gole Market.

Mr Lakhvinder Singh and Rakesh Jha both are irresponsible person of the company. They take money from shopkeepers for franchise of money gram but they don't provide anything.
